[Finished] Redemption (BTS - Mafia AU)
  • Hanuel
  • *One month later*
  • I was worried about Hoseok. He’s been absent since yesterday and I could not find him anywhere. I knew today marked two years from the death of his wife and son.
  • That worried me even more because I knew how much he missed them. I was worried he’d do something stupid. He could be drinking or he could be driving recklessly or worse, picking a fight.
  • I sighed for the millionth time as I decided to get up and go to Yoongi’s room. I hurried there, not paying much attention to anyone else. I did not bother to knock as I twisted open the door, only to find a girl sitting on his lap.
  • The girl’s eyes went wide as she saw me while Yoongi wiped at his mouth. ‘Please get out. I need to talk to Yoongi in private,’ I said, trying to remain calm.
  • ‘Wh—what?’ the girl stuttered. I rolled my eyes and took a step forward while Yoongi went to stand up, forcing her up as well.
  • ‘Did you hear me stutter? I said get out,’ I said, this time more sternly. The girl just nodded and quickly left the room while Yoongi chuckled.
  • ‘Did you really have to scare her off like that?’ Yoongi asked as he sat back down, but I just glared at him.
  • ‘I never saw her before,’ I muttered and he shrugged.
  • ‘She’s a friend of the Kims, especially Taehyung. She always had a crush on me so I thought I’d entertain her with a kiss,’ he said.
  • ‘Or by eating her face out and then breaking her heart,’ I said with a scoff. ‘Anyways, I’m here for something more important. Can you find Hoseok for me?’ I asked.
  • He looked at me as if he was studying me. His eyed narrowed but he started to show the hint of a small smile. ‘Why?’ he asked and I sighed, knowing he was going to force me to say it.
  • ‘I just want to know where he is,’ I said but he leaned back on his chair and crossed his arm.
  • ‘Are you sure that’s all Hanuel?’ he asked.
  • ‘Fine, I’m worried about him,’ I said and he nodded. ‘I have not heard a word from him and I don’t like that,’ I said as I crossed my arms.
  • ‘Hmm,’ he hummed as he turned around to his laptop. ‘This reminds me of when he came begging me to find you even if we all knew you wanted to be alone,’ he said.
  • ‘And you helped him,’ I reminded him quickly as I inched closer.
  • ‘That I did,’ he said as he typed away. ‘Found him. He’s in a bar,’ he said as he showed me the location. ‘Do you want me to come with you?’ he asked. There no longer was any teasing in his voice.
  • ‘No need. I’m just going to check on him. Make sure he does not get into a fight,’ I said and he nodded.
  • ‘Call us if you need anything,’ he said. I nodded as I hurried towards the garage. I grabbed a helmet and hopped on one of the bikes. I started the engine and revved once before I sped out of the garage.
  • I arrived with a few minutes and I quickly put the motorcycle in a parking space. I entered the bar, only to be greeted with a fight. My eyes quickly spotted Hoseok who seemed drunk as he had four swarming him.
  • ‘*,’ I mumbled as I pushed through the crowd just as I saw a man punch Hoseok, sending him to the ground. I saw one of them going to punch him again but I stepped in between them as I grabbed his arm, stopping him.
  • ‘What the hell?’ the man roared as he tried to shake me off but I did not let go. Instead, I squeezed tighter. ‘Let go of me!’ he yelled and I smirked just as I twisted his arm up.
  • ‘You’re some men! Four against one! That’s hardly fair,’ I said as I snapped his bone, breaking it. The man screamed as his skin tore and his elbow bone jutted out. He fell to the floor, crying in pain while the other three started to surround us. Well one down… three to go.
  • ‘You little *, you’re going to pay for that!’ one of them roared while Hoseok managed to stand up. He came next to me, his face set hard.
  • ‘Call her that one more time and I’ll shoot your brains out,’ Hoseok threatened through gritted teeth. By now the music had stopped and everyone’s eyes were on us.
  • ‘Oh yeah? Why? Is she your girlfriend?’ One of the three asked, or rather taunted. I could hear Hoseok growl slightly and I sighed.
  • ‘Oh just shut up,’ I said but the three of them decided not to learn their lesson from their friend. They all charged at us, two of them coming for me, the other for Hoseok. The people started to yell as an old-fashioned brawl seemed to start between everyone.
  • I kicked one of the two in the ribs, sending him wheezing but the other grabbed me from my hair. He turned me around and connected his fist to my cheek. I stumbled back for a moment and I looked at him.
  • ‘You should have not done that,’ I said as I quickly spun around and kicked him in the face. My foot simply connected to his ear and I could see him struggle with balance.
  • Suddenly, I felt a knife slice against my arm and I winced slightly as I turned around. I saw him standing there with the knife with was only a little bloody.
  • ‘I really liked this jacket you asshat!’ I said but he just laughed.
  • ‘Too bad *,’ he replied as he came at me once more. I rolled my eyes as I blocked his move. I twisted his hand and took his knife. I put it in my pocket as I twisted his arm and punched him in his chest and then neck. He gasped for air as he fell to his knee and I turned just in time to hit the other one. I heard police sirens and I quickly looked over at Hoseok who had just knocked out the other guy.
  • ‘Hobi come on! Let’s go,’ I said as I grabbed his hand and started pulling him through the ruckus crowd. Everyone was yelling and shouting and trying to escape before the cops came.
  • I focused on an escape route as I managed to get out of the backdoor, while still pulling Hoseok behind me. I felt him stumble a little as we reached an alleyway.
  • ‘We need to disappear a bit for now,’ I said as he nodded.
  • ‘There’s a small bar we could go to. It’s quiet,’ he said and I nodded. He intertwined his hand with mine as we walked in a way that did not look suspicious or that drew attention. We just looked like a leather-loving couple, walking happily down the street.
  • Hoseok
  • Hanuel and I reached the bar and we both settled down in a table in the corner. The waiter brought us drinks as I stared at her.
  • ‘What are you doing here Hanuel?’ I asked as I began to down my drink.
  • ‘I… I wanted to check on you,’ she said, sounding a bit unsure. ‘I had a feeling you might do something stupid,’ she said with a shrug as she began to down her own drink.
  • ‘Oh really,’ I said as I drank the rest of it. I gave a signal to the waiter to bring another and she sighed. ‘What?’ I asked.
  • ‘Don’t you think you drank enough?’ she asked and I shrugged.
  • ‘Not really,’ I replied. ‘If you want to stay with me, you better drink. I want good company not a dull one,’ I said just as the waiter came and brought another drink for me and her.
  • ‘In that case,’ she said as she leaned forward. ‘Bring us a bottle of whiskey please,’ she said to the waiter who nodded.
  • ‘Now that’s more like it,’ I said as I began to down my drink once more. ‘Thanks for having my back,’ I said.
  • ‘Didn’t we say we would always have each other’s backs?’ she asked and I nodded. ‘What even happened back there Hoseok?’ she asked and once more I shrugged.
  • ‘He got into my face and started talking bull* so I punched him in the face and then his friends came,’ I said and she nodded as the waiter came with the whiskey. I nodded at him as he left and I reached for it.
  • ‘Hmm fair enough,’ she said as she reached for her own drink. I could have sworn this woman could drink. After all, it’s not the first time we’ve gotten slightly drunk or tipsy together.
  • ‘You… you were cool,’ I said as I broke into a fit of uncontrollable giggles. I saw her look up as she arched one eyebrow curiously. ‘I mean come on! Did you see the way you snapped his elbow?’ I asked.
  • ‘Of course I did. I’m the one who did it,’ she said which only made me laugh even more.
  • ‘That’s true!’ I said.
  • I could feel the alcohol clouding my mind but I could not care less. I just wanted for one night to forget about the pain and miserable feelings in my chest. I looked over at Hanuel who was pretty drunk herself as she still tried to help me keep steady while we got out of the elevator.
  • We both knew better than to drive and we did not want to bother anyone at the house so we hailed a taxi and checked into a hotel.
  • ‘Can you…can you stand?’ she stuttered as I nodded. I rested against the wall for a moment while she opened the door to our room. We both walked inside and she closed the door.
  • I looked at her and I felt my heart skip a beat. I felt muddled – hot and needy and she looked beautiful. I grabbed her arm and pushed her against the door. I inched closer, closing the space between us as I crashed my lips against hers.
  • I felt her surprise but she kissed back soon after. Our lips moved together as our tongues explored each other. We finally pulled away for air and she stared at me with huge, dark eyes.
  • ‘What are we doing Hoseok?’ she asked and I smirked.
  • ‘I need you right now. I need to forget about everything. I just… I need you,’ I said as I started kissing her neck.
  • ‘Are you sure or… or is it the alcohol talking?’ she asked as I pulled back.
  • ‘Doesn’t make a difference. I want you right now. Can I have you? Please, let me have you Hanuel,’ I begged and she nodded, giving in to me. I pressed her harder against the door as my hands stood on her hips while her arms wrapped around my neck.
  • I started kissing and sucking at her neck, most likely leaving purple bruises all over her skin. Her back arched a little as a moan escaped her mouth, making my body start to grow tense. I moved to kiss her mouth even more fervently as I worked on removing her jacket which fell with a thud because of her sword.
  • I pulled away and my eyes fell on a fresh, new cut on her arm. It had dried blood around it and I frowned. ‘What is this? Did that *er give this to you?’ I asked.
  • ‘It doesn’t matter. It’s nothing Hoseok,’ she said as she looked at me. I was not entirely convinced but she grabbed me and pulled me closer as she kissed me. She turned us around, placing me against the door as she kissed every spot she could while her hand rubbed at my body.
  • I gulped as I felt myself going harder. She pressed her lips back to mine and I kissed back. ‘Jump,’ I mumbled into the kiss. She obeyed as I took her to the bed. I slammed her into the bed as I stood tall there.
  • I removed my own shirt before I moved on to her. I took off her shoes and threw them somewhere in the room. I unzipped her leather pants and pulled them down along with her panties, leaving her completely naked.
  • I stood as I removed my own shoes and I unzipped my pants. I pulled down my boxers as I exposed myself to her. I saw her gulp and then nod as I leaned down to become one with her.
